Questions you might have about our home inspection process

A home inspection gives you an objective overview of the home’s condition. Buyers can avoid costly surprises, sellers can prepare for potential issues, and homeowners can plan for maintenance.
How long does a home inspection take?
+
Most inspections take between 2 to 4 hours, depending on the size, age, and condition of the property. However, villas will take longer.
What areas do you inspect in a typical home inspection?

Our inspections typically include Exterior (windows, doors), Plumbing, Electrical systems, HVAC, Interior (walls, ceilings, floors, stairs, etc.) and so on. Check the services section for more details.
